It is also effective for soothing digestive problems such as gas, colic and ulcers, especially when these are associated with nervous tension. Chamomile is gentle and safe enough for children and babies, to calm them and help them sleep. It is also used for muscle cramps, head colds and allergies. Externally it can be applied as a cool tea to soothe inflamed skin, nappy rash, bites, burns, and eczema.

P. This product is so pure, sends you into the calmest state and on your way to the deepest, most relaxing sleep. Works better than any supermarket type brand. It's my favourite night time tea, always making sure I've got some in the cupboard. Smells incredible, like nothing else!

Morgan I have always had trouble sleeping and I have this nightly with tulsi and it helps me go to sleep and have a solid night of rest. Tastes great!

JD A. I had a little bug friend in my Chamomile packet but that just goes to show fresh the products are which is something that I really value from Happy Herb Co. I suffer from chronic anxiety and I’ve turned to Chamomile to reap the benefits of receiving a calming effect from the tea. The taste is incredibly fresh and I’m really pleased with the product, I’ll definitely be returning here for more Chamomile in the near future.
