Becoming the owner of The Happy Herb Shop in Mornington has been a deeply meaningful step on my path. With a background as a Natural Energies Practitioner, Conscious Living Coach, training and workshop facilitator, I am passionate about wholistic care, nature's medicine, and plant wisdom. Through my ongoing learning in herbalism, holistic health, energetic practices, and life itself, I feel honoured to support others in reconnecting with their inner knowing and discovering a more conscious way of living.
The shop is a community space rooted in connection, education, sustainability, and care for Self, others, and the Earth. I am honoured to continue the legacy of Happy Herbs while sharing the magic of plants, ritual, and holistic living, and creating opportunities for learning, growth, and community through workshops, gatherings, and meaningful conversations.
