How quickly will my order ship?
Orders received on Monday - Thursday before 10am AEDT will be shipped that day. Orders received after Thursday 10am AEDT may only be processed the following Monday.
You can choose for express delivery but Australia post does not guarantee next-day delivery to remote areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes to most countries. If you do not see your country as an option when you enter your shipping address, then it might be that we have had trouble shipping there. If this is the case, let us know via the online chat or email orders@happyherbwarehouse.co
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Paypal, and via the credit card link we offer Google and Apple pay, Visa and Mastercard.
If you would like to pay with a bank deposit then contact us via the messaging app or emailing orders@happyherbwarehouse.com
How can I contact you?
Quickest way to get a response from us is via the messaging app, but you are also welcome to email or call our warehouse, which operates Mon - Thur. Bare in mind we are usually busy packing orders so you may get the answerphone.

I need help finding the right product/herb.
We have designed the website to give you as much autonomy as possible to work out what you need, our help page is great for that, but we also love to connect so please feel free to contact us via the messaging app. We have an experienced human close by so it may not be an instant response but it should be a thorough one.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes in some situations. Check out our Refund Policy for details.
Does the online store stock everything I get in my local Happy Herb Shop ?
No, the local Happy Herb Shops carry additional stock lines, such as incense and gifts etc.
Is it safe to make a payment on your website?
Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your payment and personal information are secure. We also comply with industry-standard security practices.
Can I change or place an order after its been shipped?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders may take 7-21 days, depending on customs and your location.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, if you left an email you'll receive a tracking number to that address. You can also access tracking via the instant answers section on the online messaging app
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free express shipping over orders of $150.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes they are very popular. People love to buy herbs for gifts but sometimes its best to let your loved ones work it out for themselves. Happy Herb Co Gift Card

Is there information on how to use the herbs on the label?
All of the Happy Herb branded dried herbs and single tinctures have a base label with heaps of information, simple peel back the top label via the corner where it says lift and you will reveal the base label. Most of our other labels have a QR code that will take you to that herbs information.
I have an issue with my order. What should I do?
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our warehouse team immediately. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your herbs organic?
Where possible our herbs are certified organic before we repack them, however when we can't source good quality organic herbs we always do our best to get wild or sustainably harvested. Each of our labels states its organic status and you can find this information under the specifications tab on the product page.
How do I stay updated on new products and sales?
Sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest updates, exclusive offers, and new arrivals. You can also follow us on social media for more information.
Do you offer a loyalty program?
Yes! We have a loyalty program that rewards customers with points for purchases, referrals, and more. Check our Rewards Program page for details.
Do you offer discounts and promotions?
We do, but we are not a fan of overly discounting products as we prefer to offer our best price always, so its usually when we are featuring a collection and then it is often only sent via our emails. You can sign up to the newsletter at the bottom of each page.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have been emailed the code then you can usually click on that link and it will automatically apply it at checkout, otherwise simply enter the code at checkout and discount will be applied to your order total.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can shop as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping address, and receive exclusive offers and discounts.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Usually, only one discount code can be applied per order, unless specified otherwise. Be sure to check the terms , conditions, and expiry of each offer.
