What is an affiliate?
An affiliate, or an ambassador, is typically someone who promotes a company's products or services and is rewarded for it via a commission structure or free products.
The promotion often occurs on digital platforms such as social media or youtube and directs an audience to the company's website. The affiliate will have a unique link to the website that records all of the sales they have generated.
Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone can apply to be an affiliate and we will assess together whether your style and content will be a good match for our brand. Chances are if you are passionate about natural health and sharing herbal wisdom then we are probably aligned.
How do i get started?

Does my content need approving
No, we look forward to seeing your unique expression. However we will provide parameters for you to create content within to ensure our brand integrity.
Do you provide training
Yes, we have a massive training library for you to learn about the products and herbalism. One of our team will work with you to direct a learning path to suit you personally.
How do I get paid
Our affiliate platform calculates your payments, which you can access and view at any time, and will pay you automatically into your nominated bank account each month.
How long do i receive commissions for ongoing sales ?
Your sales will have a 180 day cookie window, which means any sales that come in during that time will be assigned to you even if they don't come through your links. We can also support you to maintain ongoing sales by helping you mail out to anyone who purchased etc.
What commission do I earn?
Commission varies depending on how much traffic you send our way and the amount of content you produce. On average our affiliates earn 10%, but we do have incentives that can give you up to 20%.
What examples of content do you expect?
Most affiliate marketers know their audience and what style works best for them, so we are keen to leave that up to you. This can be anything from short reels, blog writing, YouTube videos, Facebook posts, group parties... the options are endless.
How do I obtain products to review?
Depending on the size of your audience and how much content you agree to will depend on whether you qualify for sample products or if you need to purchase them. We love to support content creators that are starting out but we also need to ensure that we are not just giving away products. We approach this on a case by case basis.
For those starting out, you can generate store credits by encouraging your followers to follow or engage with us, this can be a great way to build up your affiliation with us and obtain products for review.
If you are promoting herbalism in general then you don't really need products to get started.
Do I have access to the affiliate portal so I can monitor my success?
Yes you will have your own login and access to your personal portal, and will be able to see every transaction and activity that has happened through your links. Here you can adjust your settings to suit you, eg whether you get notified each time there is a sale etc.
Does my audience gain a discount?
We prefer not to discount our product offering but we do love to offer freebies, such as branded tea strainers and other tools to support their herbal journey, and incentives such as free shipping for new customers. You are welcome to offer a special discount out of your affiliate earnings – for example you offer 5% to your audience and you take 5%.
We are very open to creative suggestions.
Are there any incentives for growing your followers?
Yes. We also appreciate and reward content creators that generate followers to our social pages. This can be achieved through posts that encourage your audience to follow or engage with us. This is usually done by rewarding you with store credits for yourself. However we are also open to negotiating a different reward for larger promotions.
Do I need to be a herbalist to be a content creator?
No. Often someone has just had an experience with one herb that they are very enthusiastic about and want to share that healing experience. Our herbs cover many ailments and purposes and so we attract people from all walks of life. It may even be promoting energy substitutes or herbs for sleep. We really do have a lot to offer.
Can I be an affiliate if I haven't created content for someone else before?
Yes absolutely. Talk to us and let's work out what you are passionate about and how we can support you to get started.
What can I expect to earn?
Every affiliate will be different and your earnings will depend on how dedicated you are to making your content creation a profitable venture. We have a lot of retail outlets that are able to enjoy a profitable business and sustain large overheads, so it is very possible for you to create a digital experience that services a large customer base.
Our commission rates increase for those that generate large volume, so there is potential for great returns.
Do you welcome content creators anywhere in the world?
Yes. Our global market loves our offering and it's not only unique to Australia, but it appears to be one of a kind worldwide. We can work with you to tailor a specific offering in your country.
Will I need to sign an agreement to become an affiliate?
Yes, there are two purposes to the agreement.
1. Clear expectations and outcomes.
2. To ensure that the content creator will not mislead or deceive the audience. For example, making therapeutic claims about a product that has not been evaluated for therapeutic purposes.
