FAQs
Can I sell Happy Herb Co products if I am not a Happy Herb Shop?
Absolutely, as long as you are not in a competing territory with our branded Happy Herb Shops, which we can work out for you when you enquire.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, minimum order value is $500 net.
How do I qualify to become a wholesaler?
You must be a bricks and mortar store and not overlap territories with any of our Happy Herb branded stores. We will also assess if your store vibe is a good fit with our products.
Do you provide training?
Yes, depending on what product ranges you choose we can tailor product on-boarding and herb training to support that.
Can I sell online?
Yes, we now make our products available for other retailers to sell online. We do stipulate in our supply agreement some straightforward parameters within which you can promote our products, so that you comply with TGA regulations and don't confuse your brand with the Happy Herb Online Shop.
Do you provide marketing material?
Yes. We offer in-store POS posters and shelf talkers, heaps of digital content that you can share, and can also tailor some marketing for your specific needs, for example if you are announcing you are now a stockist.
Do you have a stockist page on your website?
Yes. We always encourage human to human contact and first and foremost want people to shop in-store.
I am a practitioner, can I wholesale your products?
The wholesale rates are for bricks and mortar stores and those that can sell a volume of products. You may qualify for this as a practitioner if you have a store within your practice, however if you can't meet this level we do offer special practitioner rates. Contact us to learn more.
Do you offer credit accounts?
We only offer credit accounts for our branded stores. In some instances we may consider 21 day terms for wholesalers that have been trading with us in high volume for over 12 months.
What margins do your products achieve?
We do not disclose this to the public, please contact us and we will happily provide this information. We believe that our margins are very competitive in our industry.
