I have used Frankincense Spagyric for my meditations and also as a sleep aid.Intuitively it feels very appropriate and it certainly puts me into a more relaxed state.One night in an early dream I had,some colours which were enhanced and although this is a known potential of mugwort,I attribute it to the effect of frankincense on my pineal gland.I look forward to exploring the Spagyric herbals.Much appreciation for making them available.Frederick.

Aedan M. This is probably the weakest spagyric that I've tried.
I had half the bottle and didn't feel too much, other than something of a meditative calm.
So I can see how this herb would be good for meditation, but it's just not strong enough to be worth the money.
