I use this herb for prostate health and fungal nails, it's work well
I discovered this herb in Brazil and aside from the benefits listed it is also an amazing lung support tonic. I have experimented with a number of different herbs for respiratory issues & sensitive lungs (due to severe asthma issues) and this works the best for me so far!
I like to prepare it daily, a half teaspoon added to a cacao/ mushroom/ coffee drink. It has an earthy taste but on par with most herbal flavours so really worth a try!
Hi Anna,
Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We are very happy to hear that you have been enjoying the Jatoba and that it has been helping you with respiratory health.
Thanks,
Allison
This is by far the grossest herb I have ever tried. If prepared as directed it tasks like dirt and the texture is like drinking sandy mud. It’s disgusting. But, if you boil it and then strain with a muslin cloth it’s much more drinkable. It still tastes earthy but the taste is bearable without the horrible texture lol good luck :)
