Preparation: May be smoked. Although our herbal blends are 100% natural and free from nicotine, we advise against smoking as it is harmful. Due to this blend containing Lobelia it can not be drunk as a tea.

N.H It smells so pretty, if I wasn't using it to quit nicotine I'd have it in a bowl for fragrance. Like a lot of other people I'm trying this 50/50 in my cigarettes, it's only been a day but so far it's helping. What I've really noticed though is how much it's helping my PMS symptoms. I feel happier and relaxed.
