Good to quit smoking cigs. I use nicotine replacement therapy and have decreased my nicotine intake to no more than twelve squirts a day. The herbs last ages as does my nicotine but my nicotine is more expensive so I'm also saving money. Otherwise, none of these herbs are worth smoking at all. It's a pity that the days of decriminalized marijuana in Tasmania are gone. These herbs are good for quitting smoking, otherwise, I doubt you want them.

It smells so pretty, if I wasn't using it to quit nicotine I'd have it in a bowl for fragrance. Like a lot of other people I'm trying this 50/50 in my cigarettes, it's only been a day but so far it's helping. What I've really noticed though is how much it's helping my PMS symptoms. I feel happier and relaxed.
Special mention for the customer service, it's 10/10. I really do appreciate how quickly and thoughtfully the team has addressed my queries.
