Vittoria C. I dont drink alcohol, confectionary drinks and i dont smoke cigarettes, any illicit drugs or marajuana but mind you many years ago I did all the above. I am 46 and wanted something natural to smoke once and a while- this works well. Gradual lift.
We should not be smoking anything at all for our lungs are not made for smoke or chemical absorbsion.....but hey sometimes its needed. Only sometimes.

Great thanks, agree with everything you have expressed. We are all about harm minimisation and so we shouldnt be smoking anything (although mullein straight into the lungs can have a postive detox effect), but so many people want to engage with this ancient tradition and so we aim to equip you with alternatives to addictive nictonie. Aaron F. Cigarettes no more! Iungs are cleaner than ever, and breathing is continuous without any problems, cheaper and better than tobacco and smooth to smoke, I mix it with Damiana, the best thing you can ever do.
