Ingredients: Damiana, Passionflower, Licorice, Lemon Balm, Butterfly Pea, Blue Lotus, Lemon Myrtle, Rhodiola, Ginkgo biloba, Stevia
Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped
teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired.

Gemma I have been enjoying the tea most days but really noticed the other day after waking up feeling kinda blue. Although my melancholy mood continued throughout the day, it improved dramatically after a few cups of tea. It really does what it says!
