Ingredients

Preparation: Use up to 3-4 Tablespoons of Kava powder per person. Place Kava inside the strainer bag in a bowl, add 600 ml of warm water. Steep for 5 mins, then mix with your hands for 5 mins. Adding any type of milk or fatty product can help activate the Kava and create a smoother taste. Enjoy!
