Steven H. Same as one of the other reviews, I've used this on and off for years, but tend to keep some on the cupboard. The energy boost when you're quite fatigue is insane, almost too much when you haven't had it for a while.
I personally just put it in my mouth dry and then take a small amount of water, swish and swallow. That's just because it doesn't dissolve and doesn't taste great stirring and sipping.

A great blend of energising herbs that balance out jitters. This blend does have caffeine though so if you prefer to avoid this then you may wish to try Rhodiola and Mucuna together. Thanks Laura.
