Speedwell herb is native to Europe, where it has a long history of use as an expectorant and to treat sore throats and stomach complaints. It comes from Plantain family (Plantaginaceae) and thus is also useful for wound healing as it soothes, supports healing and has antimicrobial properties.

Herbal Actions: Diuretic, Expectorant, and Tonic

Common Uses: Kidney Health, Kidney Infections, Oedema, Urinary Tract Infections, Headache, Sore Throat, Gout, Coughs, and Respiratory Ailments

Ingredients

Contents: Speedwell (Veronica officinalis)

Preparation: 2 grams (1 teaspoon) per serve.  Add 1 teaspoon to a pot for 10-20 mins.  Strain, pour and sweeten if desired.
