PREPARATION
Preparation: 0.25 grams (1/8 teaspoon) per serve. Add 1/8 teaspoon of extract per cup. Mix into a paste (with honey or juice if desired). Add a little more boiled water and let sit for 10 mins. Top up with boiled water and honey if desired.

- Stonebreaker may lower blood sugar levels, and may interfere with blood sugar control or blood sugar medication. Monitor your blood sugar.
