Brooke T. I had been suffering from anxiety panic attacks for a few months and did not want to take antidepressants, but try the natural way. I have found that Reishi has help. I have not had any bad feelings that my anxiety causes for about a week now. I am also using the Holy Basil (Tulsi) as a tea infusion, two cups a day, and chamomile before bed time.
