Ingredients

Damiana, Muira Puama, Siberian Ginseng, Ashwaganda, Maca, Tribulus, Mucuna, Liquorice, Ginkgo Biloba, Horny Goat Weed, Vanilla,
Grape ethanol for extraction and preservation.

Add 3 - 5 ml into a small amount hot water (this way the alcohol will evaporate off). Take as needed.

Mix it in with tea!

I highly recommend drinking it with tea and not in alcohol because wow thats a strong taste! Well worth it though and lets be honest here.. we drink way worse drinks on a night out haha

Hot beverages are a great way to have it as it also evaporates some of the alcohol used to extract the herbs. Always great to hear people making healthier choices to mainstream drinking habits. Thanks Laura
