These herbs are considered excellent allies to relieve cramping and bloating, improve digestion of rich, fatty meals, minimise flatulence and sweeten the breath. This is a wonderful tea to have after a meal, before a meal or both. It is gentle enough for people of all ages and can be drunk frequently.

Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped
teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired. Enjoy anytime of day, particularly after main meals.

The brew is golden brown and is scented with fresh top notes from the peppermint and ginger. They lead you into the fennel seeds and calendulas, which make the body of the flavour. The licorice tangibly completes the aftertaste and needs no added sweetener.
We would buy this in bulk if we could.
