Sleepy Time Tea - A very gentle blend of herbs that relax the nervous system, prepare your body for sleep and help get you to sleep. Great to start drinking an hour or two before going to bed.
We have chosen a wide range of spagyrics as they are easy to use before bed and even more helpful when waking up in the middle of the night and needing additional herbal support:
Mulungu Spagyric - known for its sedative qualities, Mulungu is used to help get you to sleep and keep you asleep for longer. Due to it having naturally occurring melatonin it is also known to support ongoing healthy sleep patterns.
Skullcap Spagyric - If you are kept awake or wake up with a busy and overthinking mind, try Skullcap. It is know to settle the mind and calm the nervous system.
Valerian Spagyric - Great for people who need some sedation and calming before going to bed. This herb also helps many people fall asleep.
Passionflower Spagyric - If falling asleep is your biggest hurdle to a good nights sleep then try Passionflower. Well known for its sedative and calming effects and traditionally used to get to sleep.
California Poppy Spagyric - If falling asleep is not the problem but you wake up in the middle of the night then this is the herb for you. Take just before bed and use more if you wake up in the middle of the night (this herb is great to use alongside Passionflower).
