Skye D. I usually add a teaspoon or two in my protein shake after gym for an extra kick to start my day. First time I had some, I was bouncing off the walls until 2pm then crashed hard haha. Take it easy when beginning! Mixed in with a coffee also works, although I find it gives a grainy texture, sinks to the bottom and gets in the teeth.

Alyssa I love mixing guarana into my hot chocolate (raw cacao & maca powder). Makes a delicious energy boosting warm drink, which is exceptionally good on a cold day :)
I have found Guarana (and yerba mate) to work much better than coffee for me personally as I don't get the feeling of increased heart rate, plus coffee does nothing for me energy or focus wise.
