One of the most revered herbs for the prevention of heart and circulatory disorders, Hawthorn Berry has a normalising action on the heart, either stimulating or depressing its activity, as needed. It is rich in antioxidants and helpful in overcoming high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis and angina, and was traditionally used as an astringent for sore throats and as a diuretic for kidney issues. Hawthorn is also used to regenerate tissue after heart attacks.

Hi, sorry we are just catchin up on reviews as we jsut discovered they were going to an old email address. I saw your request to talk to someone, yes of course I will PM you our contact details. All of the instructions for the herbs are on teh base label, so you will see in the corner of the label a sign to say lift, if you do this you will find all the instructions on the packet.
