saw palmetto and herb robert my experience

I wandered into the Happy Herb shop in Uki NSW in July 2023
I noticed the man in front of me at the counter bought Herb Robert and Saw Palmetto drops. I have read some published research about Saw Palmetto ( in regards to benign prostate hypertrophy ) but had not heard of Herb Robert.
I asked the helpful lady on duty at the shop about why was he pairing Herb Robert with Saw Palmetto and she mentioned some of the benefits of pairing with regard to imparting energy , immune protection and recovery from stress and exercise effort. I thought "well its worth a try" and took.both Herb Robert and Saw Palmetto drops for 3 months to see if I got any measurable benefit (I was mindful that I would feel great for a month due to placebo effect).
I have been a repeat customer for reordering Herb Robert and Saw Palmetto ever since .There has certainly been an improvement in my endurance exercise capacity as evident in my recent experience trekking in Nepal . Also even in a trip to India I did not experience any "Deli Belly"There has also been a noticeable change in endurance when swimming and even my breath hold capacity . I am sure the benefits are not just placebo.. If you are considering these products please go and do your homework first don't just take my word for it.
On a simple consumer level I have found this company 100% reliable with prompt delivery and courteous service.
