A strong resin that can be used in a variety of ways.
Kanna, or Sceletium tortuosum is a small groundcover plant native to Southern Africa, historically eaten or chewed, or used as a snuff producing alertness which gently fades into relaxation. A tea made from Sceletium is sometimes used to wean alcoholics off alcohol. Although the plant has been used for thousands of years in Africa (Hottentots of Southern Africa used Sceletium tortuosum as a mood enhancer, relaxant and empathogen), it is only now being sought by the West for its remarkable capacities to uplift the mood and increase energy levels and concentration spans. Kanna may also be used to relieve symptoms of depression, stress and tension, similar in function to the more well-known herb St John s Wort. This herb may also improve cognitive function, reduce high blood pressure and be helpful in cases of post-traumatic stress disorder, social phobia and general irritability.

I wasn't really expecting this to do much, in fact I thought the feeling was placebo for the first 20 minutes or so. My experience is as follows. After about 10 minutes (sublingually administered) I felt my mind slow down. To be honest I did feel a little out of it for 30 minutes or so but that could've been because I was on an empty stomach. I began to feel quite focused on creating a calendar to organise my life a little. My usual racing thoughts of all the things I could be doing stopped, and instead I was able to complete one small task at a time. For people with ADHD this might be something worth trying. You don't need a lot at all, a tiny amount half the size of a pea should be enough for your first time.
ok yes this stuff works. but look up 'priming'. have it 5 or 6 times THEN after next dose judge the effect. unfortunately i have too much trial by error product / self administering history to know where to even begin. for ME this product is very valium style without the tiredness or memory loss from moment to moment. after it starts working you can get the same effect with less. i put it under my tongue and have my morning coffee. if you don't have anxiety you can research to find another product more suitable to you as we are all different. for ME, this is very drug-like. that effect is what I am after legally. i find it very compatible with damiana tea. i used blue lotus for a year and yes, it does what it says but i found it stopped me being concerned over any sort of duty. i started using kanna in europe a year ago. i asked my shop owner friend at spyseeds what he preferred to use as an everyday supplement . he answered 'kanna', which surprised me as they legally sell in some parts of europe 'amanita muscaria'-the fly argaric/ kratom/ seers sage-biblical sage/ and even hawaiian baby woodrose.i have tried all of those and highly recommend them . yes; so i thought ,if he can legally have the other above mentioned , and he prefers kanna...well... it must work pretty well. so yeah i was asked for my opinion on it so i send this.
