Preparation:

  • 3ml directly under the tongue
  • 5mls into a 360ml beverage such as water, tea, juice, kombucha or a smoothie
  • 3mls into a baked or raw treat

It was effective but I had to take the maximum dose to notice an effect and the feeling didn’t last that long - maybe half an hour. I felt relaxed and it was good but just not economical for me.

not as strong as i thought it would be but it definitely helps with anxiety

Warm fuzzy

This gave me a warm fuzzy feeling and was nice just to relax and use instead of a 5pm glass of wine. However the feeling didn't last long, maybe 30 mins. I would use again though.
