Shelly This seems to really hurt my stomach. So now I simmer it for 10min before consuming. Is this powder an extract or pure ground maca root? I’ve looked everywhere and it doesn’t seem to specify
Hi, sorry to hear that, I use our Maca everyday and love it. It is certified organic ground root/bulb before we repack it. How were you having it before you started to simmer it.
