I really enjoy this with some others I mix up for my autoimmune disease. They help for my pain and help me relax in the afternoon and m hopefully they will slow my disease progression :)
Meadowsweet was always on my list, but I didn't know how well it would work as a calmative, and a great killer of nightmare migrains. I use mugwort as an additional pain reliever if I get really bad, I brew up some Willowbank also. Works a treat
