Tamara C. This Myst feels very luxurious. It smells divine, not heavy at all or overbearing. I use it in conjunction with the Manifest Essence by the same company. I set my intention for the day or next hour or whatever job/project I have to do, put the drops under my tongue and then mist and walk through it. I feel it really helps as some jobs are tiring and challenging. It lifts my spirit and helps me get through these things with a lighter, more positive energy. It also calms me at the end of the day when I can bliss out.
