Kirsty F. I have very poor sleep with very little deep sleep at all but since drinking this as a tea my Garmin watch has indicated that my deep sleep is up to 2hrs per night. The relaxation effects are almost immediate and I find I am falling asleep within 15mins. My dreams are incredibly vivid and I can recall them when I wake. All I need now is to sleep for longer.
