I have very poor sleep with very little deep sleep at all but since drinking this as a tea my Garmin watch has indicated that my deep sleep is up to 2hrs per night. The relaxation effects are almost immediate and I find I am falling asleep within 15mins. My dreams are incredibly vivid and I can recall them when I wake. All I need now is to sleep for longer.
As someone who works the night shift, I know how challenging it can be to get quality sleep. While I’ve tried various medications, they often leave me with unpleasant 'hangover' effects. However, Night Cap has been a game-changer for me. It works quickly and effectively, and to my surprise, it actually tastes great too!
Thats greatm we are jsut starting to build the reviews for this blend now so its great to get the feedback. Are you drinking it as a tea or smoking it? Thanks Laura.
