Mandi this oil is high in Limonene, the "happy" terpene.....it also cracks a bit of a smile on your face, I rubbed this oil into the sides of my mouth, and found myself smiling, and feeling alot better than I did B
4 I took the Nutmeg oil!!! I also rubbed some on my legs, I probably rubbed to much in, because I fell into a wonderful deep sleep....I woke up around 4 hours later, with a similar feeling to what you have when you take THC oil! this stuff is great for neuropathy, and I would like to say to anyone that has diabetes, rub this into your calves, thighs, it definitely helps with sore legs, I know it's a dancing oil, but it has many uses...GREAT STUFF!!!!!
