Ian D. While I'm extremely happy with the product and the service I was less happy with the over sized, elaborate packaging. I was also unable to find information/suggestion about the the amount that constitutes a dose!
Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback. if you peel the top label back you will find all the information underneath. We can't state a dose but we do give some indication for suggsted use. Making a tea of it and sipping it throughout the day is a good way to consume it. We dont have elaborate packaging, maybe you are refering to the mail order box as we have recently run out of single herb sized boxes. I trust you will enjoy the benfits of it. Thanks Laura

Rachel S. Have been using the natural product in my choice of tea with Tumeric every morning for over a year and my hair feels thicker and healthier than when I was in my teens.
No side effects and there is minimal change to the taste of my cup of morning tea. Use a tea infuser to avoid drinking the floating bits.
Great to hear. Saw Palmetto shoudl be simmered to extract the goodness, so you usually cant brew it like a normal tea, but that just shows how potent it is for you. Thanks Laura.
