I enjoyed my experience of Sinicuichi and now consider it one of my go-tos. It has been overcast and rainy here so I brewed the tea with water I boiled with SunGold kiwi fruit skins (haha).
I had been drawn to Sinicuichi for some time, and I still am. I have always been a vivid, and lucid dreamer, but there's something in her plant magic that somehow touches something else. With a warm, loving grace.
It almost seems that people are expecting some kind of psychedelic experience or some such in the conscious stream, this is not how this plant works. Give yourself over to knowing this, and she will share her secrets with you.
Remember, the mind will only give you what you can handle.

great review and reminder to everyone to let the herbs work their magic and be open to their subtlety. Thanks Laura
I feel bad for the people who report getting bad pains from this, as I had nothing of the sort. It goes to show that different herbs can have very different effects from person to person, so try things and see what does and doesn't work for you!
The first time I tried this, I didn't realise you had to let it sit in the sun; I just made a regular tea from it. There were no ill effects whatsoever, but there were also not really any other kind of effects, either. The next time I tried Sinicuichi, it was a concentrate in a small bottle with a dropper ( which doesn't seem to be sold here anymore unfortunately), and I mixed some of that with some Blue Lotus infused wine that I'd prepared earlier. I had this mixture in the evening, and didn't feel anything initially. But I intuitively felt I should lay down and take myself through a kind of self- guided meditation....so I did, and soon I fell asleep, and had the most vivid dream/ OBE I've ever had! I've never forgotten it- it was so profound. It could be a coincidence, but I suspect not.
As for brewing the dried herb as directed ( letting it sit in the sun, etc), I can't be sure whether this "did" anything. There were no effects that I was directly conscious of, however, sometimes these herbs can effect us in subtle ways that we're not necessarily consciously aware of, but may be doing us good all the same. I'd recommend keeping a diary of sorts when using things like this so as to note down how you feel physically, emotionally; how your sleeping and dreaming is going, etc. I'm personally going to be trying a ritual soon, with the proper brewing method and intention setting.
Lastly: sorry for my too-long reviews, but wanted to also add that I'm very happy with my various purchases over the years from the Happy Herb co. Orders tend to arrive pretty quickly ( in my experience) and they come in nice packaging. It's always a bit exciting to open a package from Happy Herb co! I've just ordered a bunch of new stuff, so expect more reviews in the weeks to come!
Hi Bonsta, thank you so much for your detailed review, I really enjoyed reading your journey with it. I am going to try the Sinuichi with the blue lily as it sounds profound. Thank you for being on the journey with us and shopping regularly, I am so pleased to hear you have been having a good experience. Thanks Laura CEO
I used Sinicuichi for the first time. I put some 10-15 grams in boiling water and left it out in sun, other than this I tried to just boil it and drink it like that (bad idea) never do that, it tasted horrible. Regardless, it gave me acute body pains, as if it attacked my nervous system and made my each nerve ache. It was hard for me to even move a bit as pain was bad. On positive side, it made my tummy feel so full and suppressed my appetite, I was happy with it because I overeat most of the time. It gave me weird and vivid dreams. It cleared my digestion. Other than that I had no effects of this herb. I don’t think I will try this again. Maybe some other herb as my primary purpose was enhancing spiritual senses.
Thank you
Hi Charoo, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Sinicuichi. As you probably know the traditional method of consumption is leaving it out in the sun for about 24hrs to ferment the herb. I know you mentioned you left it out in the sun but can you please clarify that you did this because from what I've read the fermentation process actually alters the compounds to prevent the painful effects.
I did some research and you are not alone with this very painful, awful-sounding experience. Many say it's from not fermenting the tea. Thank you for bringing this to our attention...
So sorry you went through that, but glad it passed and had some other beneficial effects so it wasn't completely terrible.
Please let us know if we can assist with anything else. Thanks, Allison from Happy Herb Co
I bought this with a friend hoping to have a really pleasent experience, before I bought this I read a lot of reviews and I decided that based on the reviews that this should work for my desired results. So I bought it and followed the instructions precisely on how to use it. I smoked it first and since that didn’t work I decided to give tea a try. After making it and waiting over a day to let it sit and enhance its abilities. I finally drank it, and I felt absolutely nothing, I was a bit disappointed since I wouldn’t say that it was that cheap. I usually buy from The Happy Herb Shop quite a lot so I had a lot of confidence in it. Neither my friend or I felt anything
