Angela G. WOW! I have had severe insomnia due to anxiety and have literally tried everything including strong sleeping tablets, cbd oil, therapy...you name it.
I took this last night and finally slept 8 hours and slept like I did as a teenager. Please never take this off the market, it's a life saver and I can finally go back to work and the gym. Thanks happy herbs. Your the best.

Gina N. It does what it says. When you wind down, get into bed, maybe read a book or chill. Then you want to fall asleep but cant... Take a few drops and it helps to get you into that sleep mode to actually fall asleep. Its mild but works. Doesnt work if youre taking your digital gadgets to bed though!
