Gum D. Made me sleepy but unfortunately Valerian gives me a headache 🤕
Hi, Thank you for your review and sharing your honest experience! Unfortunately valerian can produce unwanted side effects for some people, which is why it's good to always start with a smaller amount then go from there. Perhaps you could try the other herbs in the blend separately and make your own sleepy blend with passionflower, California poppy, lemon balm etc.?
