We all need a bright way to start the day! This vibrant red tea is a refreshing blend of stimulating and uplifting herbs to boost your mood and your energy. Perfect for the morning, mid-afternoon or a great way to give you the bounce to socialise.The invigorating lemony tastes of lemon myrtle and rosella, the stimulating properties of green tea and yerba mate, and the soothing and heart-warming effects of damiana and lemon balm all combine to create a truly uplifting beverage - Not available for shipping to WA due to it containing Lemon Myrtle

Ingredients

Ingredients: Licorice, Lemon Balm, Damiana, Yerba Mate, Hibiscus Flowers, Green Tea and Safflower. 

*Contains caffeine

Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped
teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired.

its just like a energy drink but in a herb suprised it doesnt have guarana i think it should

I was just wondering does anyone use these herbs in a sauna? Inside the Chinese medicine box? If so what ones are more being used for a sauna.
