Featuring our potent liquid extract of Blue Lily Bliss and Butterfly Pea flowers, this recipe is a delicious way to enjoy the intoxicating and ethereal effects of Blue Lily.

Blue Lily, Nymphaea cearulea, is also known as Blue Lotus or Sacred Blue Lily of the Nile. It has been cultivated and revered since Egyptian times where it symbolises the continual renewal of life. The beautiful blue flowers of this much revered lotus were smoked and ingested by the ancient Egyptians, producing a subtle, calming and etheric effect. Blue Lily induces a dream-like state and provides for a deep sleep afterwards.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Butterfly Pea flowers
  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 dropperful Blue Lily Bliss Tincture
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, or use Stevia instead to go sugar-free)

Method:

  • Place Butterfly Pea in teapot, jar or mug
  • Cover with 1 cup of boiling water, and let sit until cool.
  • Add 1/2 cup of Milk to a glass.
  • Pour strained Butterfly Pea tea into glass.
  • Add 1 dropper full of Blue Lily Bliss
  • Add 1 tsp of Honey or Maple syrup or stevia
  • Enjoy!
