Sacred Heart Ritual Blend
A heart-opening herbal blend to ground your spirit, elevate your mood, and awaken joyful presence. A perfect brew for daily intention-setting rituals during the Lion’s Gate Portal, or anytime you want to connect more deeply with your heart space! You can use this tea blend as a base for Ceremonial Cacao, or make it into a herbal syrup for mocktails (see below)!
Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1 part Tulsi – to clear the mind & uplift mood
- 1 part Rose Petals – to open the heart & invite beauty
- ½ part Damiana – to inspire joy & connection
Method:
- Combine all herbs in a bowl and mix with intention, calling in the spirit of each plant, and thanking it for its sacred medicine.
- Store in a clean glass jar.
- For Tea - use 2 tsp per cup, and steep for 10 minutes, covered. Sweeten with honey if desired.
- For Ceremonial Cacao - Brew a cup of tea, then strain into a saucepan, add 30g of Ceremonial Cacao, and heat gently until cacao fully melts. Add sweetener or milk if desired.
- For Mocktails - Make a herbal syrup by adding ½ cup tea blend, ½ cup sugar & 1 cup water to the saucepan. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, strain & store in the fridge. Add 1-2 Tbsp of this syrup to sparkling water, or kombucha for a quick & easy heart-opening mocktail!
- Sip slowly in ritual—hold your cup of tea / cacao / mocktail to your heart, breathe deeply, and set an intention to embody clarity, joy, and connection.
