Herbal Mulled Apple
A soul-warming, herbal-infused elixir perfect for winter gatherings. This alcohol-free twist on traditional mulled wine is rich, spiced, and subtly euphoric — your guests may not even notice it's booze-free!
Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1.5 L Apple Juice
- 0.5 L Pomegranate Juice
- 1–2 tbsp fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 Orange, sliced (with peel)
- 1 Lemon or Lime, sliced (optional, for brightness)
- 1 Star Anise
- 4–5 Whole Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (or 1 tsp chips/powder)
- 1 tbsp Honey (or to taste)
- 20 ml Damiana Delight tincture (or substitute with Blue Lily Bliss)
Method:
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the Damiana Delight.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and let it infuse for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the Damiana Delight, and stir gently.
- Strain into mugs or a heatproof jug.
- • 5. Serve hot, garnished with citrus slices or a cinnamon stick if desired.
