• 1 Tbsp Butterfly Pea flowers
• ½ Tbsp Honey
• 1-2 Tbsp Frozen Raspberries
• 2 droppers Blue Lily Bliss tincture
• 3/4 cup Sparkling Water
• 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (to taste)
• ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
• Optional: Edible flowers, Lemon, Lime, Mint for garnish

First make the Butterfly Pea tea:  

1. Steep 1 Tbsp flowers in 500ml water. 
2. Add honey & stir
3. Let cool, then strain into a clean jar.

To make Mocktail:

1. Add frozen Raspberries, Lemon Juice & Maple Syrup to your glass.
2. Gently crush berries with a tamper.
3. Add Blue Lily Bliss tincture & stir.
4. Top up glass with ice.
5. Fill most of the way with Sparkling Water (or Kombucha)
6. Gently pour cooled Butterfly Pea tea on top.
7. Let the colours swirl together, and serve!
