Nootropical Sunrise Mocktail

Rise and shine with this tropical, brain-boosting beauty. The Nootropical Sunrise blends vibrant mango juice with a splash of homemade grenadine, creating that dreamy layered glow. Infused with Lion’s Mane spagyric for mental clarity, Mucuna tincture for a dopamine boost, and Guayusa tincture for an antioxidant packed clean, jitter-free lift—this mocktail is your perfect alcohol-free pick-me-up to start the day sharp, calm, and energised, or boost your night out.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Mango Juice (or Pineapple)
  • 50ml Kombucha or Mineral Water
  • 1 dropper Lion’s Mane spagyric
  • 1 dropper Mucuna tincture
  • 1 dropper Guayusa tincture (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Homemade Grenadine (see below)
  • Ice
  • Optional: Orange slice & rosemary or mint for garnish
Grenadine Syrup:
  • 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup raw or organic cane sugar
  • Optional: Squeeze of lemon juice or a few drops of orange blossom water

Method:

  • Add Mango Juice to glass
  • Stir in Lion’s Mane, Mucuna & Guayusa
  • Fill up glass with crushed ice.
  • Top up with with Kombucha or Mineral Water
  • Slowly drizzle grenadine over the top to create a layered “sunrise” effect.
  • Garnish if desired.
  • Sip slowly and feel the lift.
For Grenadine Syrup:
  • In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and sugar.
  • Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice or orange blossom water if desired.
  • Cool and store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
