Stress Less Mocktail

A refreshing, alcohol-free mocktail infused with floral beauty and calming herbal power. Rose and butterfly pea flower–infused ice cubes slowly melt into a soothing swirl of colour and aroma, while the addition of Stress Ease spagyric—with Lemon Balm, Valerian Root, Vervain, and Chamomile—brings a deep sense of ease and gentle uplift. The perfect sip for softening stress and opening the heart.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • Rose Petals
  • Butterfly Pea Flower 
  • Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Soda Water
  • Stress Ease Spagyric 

Method:

First, make some Floral Ice Cubes:

  • Add a few rose petals or butterfly pea flowers to each cube
  • Freeze overnight.

Make the Stress Less Mocktail:

  • Squeeze in juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Add a splash of maple syrup
  • Top up with soda water
  • Add 5 drops of Stress Ease Spagyric
  • Stir well to combine
  • Now add some floral ice cubes!
  • Add a lemon garnish and ENJOY!
