Susan B. I've been attentioning adrenal fatigue (PTSD related) with some herbal remedies and have included the Adrenal Replenish Spagyric in my repair kit. I was hesitant at first, (preferring to drink herbal teas) but have been using the Adrenal Replenish Spagyric by dropping a few drops in my water bottle and sipping on it thruout the day. I feel it's resonating with me ingesting it in this way. Adrenals slowly coming back on board after years of adrenal overload.
