Mugwort, Chamomile, Passionflower, Calamus, Ginkgo, Catnip, Licorice, Stevia. Grape ethanol used for extraction and preservation.

Add 5 - 10 mL into a small amount of hot water, this will help to evaporate the alcohol off. Take as needed.

Astral tea

since i started on herbs i can actually remember my dreams its crazy. i wanna amp it up now with this i took a bunch will update once i have more information :)

Best sleep

Anytime I need a good nights rest I always turn to the astral tea. I find myself in a deep relaxing sleep within 5/10mins of drinking the tea and I always wake up refreshed and reset (I use around 10mls) I always wear my Fitbit to bed and my sleep score is around 85/90. I can’t really recall any of my dreams but can definitely recommend it for a good night sleep and the taste is quite pleasant also

Very Good

I struggle to get to sleep so always on the look out for new herbal alternatives. This tea tastes really good, i was expecting something gross, but its a nice herbal tea flavour. Also gets me nice and sleepy. Have yet to have any lucid dreams or out of body experiences, but its nice and it works to get you relaxed for sleep very quickly. Will definitely purchase again.
