Mugwort is most favourably used for assisting with lucid dreaming and can be used as an aid for releasing subconscious emotions during the dream state. It is a potent uterus stimulant and may induce menstrual bleeding and must therefore not be used when  pregnant.

Key Herbal Actions: Anodyne, Antispasmodic, Anxiolytic (Anti-Anxiety), Bitter Tonic, Cholagogue, Emmenagogue, Uterine Stimulant, and Vermifuge.
