Mugwort Leaf
Mugwort Leaf
EFFECTS
Mugwort aids digestion via its bitter principals and carminative essential oils. It has a mildly nervine action, easing tension and assisting with depression. It encourages the flow of blood and is a muscle and uterus relaxant and thus helpful during menstruation, but should be strictly avoided during pregnancy. Mugwort has also been used as a liver tonic for chronic conditions such as hepatitis. Inhaling the aroma of dried Mugwort under your pillow induces lucid dreaming!
Mugwort should be strictly avoided during pregnancy.
Please note: The 250g size does not come in a home compostable bag.

Mugwort
A highly medicinal herb, good for soothing pain and enhancing dream vividness/recall, as well as being a great liver tonic and aid for menstrual problems.
Has been a great alternative to cigarettes and green
Great that it is helping reduce the cigarettes, have you tried our tobacco alternative sample packs? Thanks Laura

Mugwort is now my absolute favourite (sorry happy herb team I know yours is Damiana)!! Its sticky earthy goodness is silky velvety goodness that alleviates tension and comforts the mind. Wonderful all over body feels too…
Very effective, I love using to keep a regular cycle, I usually drink a few days before menstruation is due to a few days after to keep things consistent. Plus works really well to stop pain and cramps. I found Mugwort does make you dream more intensely. I felt these dreams really helped me process what was trapped in my head which lead me to the clarity I needed to overcome challenges and problems in which I felt stuck. I'll always speak highly of Mugwort, great sleeping herb to either drink or smoke. Wonderful for healing.
Wonderful to hear it helping you both physically and emotionally, and I am pretty sure it works on the metaphysical realm also. We source our Mugwort locally and are very proud of what we offer. Thanks for being into it. Laura
I’m a repeat buyer of Mugwort as I find it is essential to aid in easing menstruation. I usually smoke the leaf with Hemp papers and like to have a Passionflower tea with it as I find it warms the womb, helps ease anxiety and GI tension from nervousness while also relaxing muscle tension from period cramps. The Mugwort sold here is always very fresh and so to me it’s quite potent and that is definitely a good thing. You can always taste how clean the herbs are and it’s something I really value from this business.
