This delicately vanilla-flavoured tea is perfect for studying, working or simply concentrating on life. Brahmi and Ginkgo are herbs that have been traditionally used to improve concentration, memory and focus and reduce the effects of ageing on the brain. Tulsi is considered a sacred plant in Ayurvedic medicine and is used to induce a calm yet focused mental state. A small amount of green tea provides gentle stimulation and alertness.

Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped
teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired.

Brodie W. A lovely bitter earthy tone left on the palette with a sweet and spicy aroma to accompany this tea. The flavour alone will get your brain ticking. I personally needed to add ½ a tea spoon of raw honey for me to be able to completely enjoy this full-bodied tea.
