Phillip S. A little bit of this concentrate goes a long way, and the cinnamon adds a warm note to the taste. I know it is normally used as an aphrodisiac but I find it useful for destressing before bedtime.
HI, its great for destressing before bed and Damianas popular use is for anxiety. I have been having it in the evenings to enjoy the feeling but have found its shifted my menopausal hot flushes. Thanks laura
