This delicious and spicy herbal tea is a blend of herbs that are considered to have warming and immune-stimulating properties.

This is the perfect hot drink for a cold winters night (or day), or anytime you feel like a tasty pick-me-up without any caffeine.

As this tea can be drunk with milk, it can make a great replacement for regular black tea.

Ingredients

Contents: Cinnamon, Licorice, Ginger, Orange segments, Rooibos, Astragalus, Cat’s Claw, Safflower, Calendula Petals.

Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired.
