Suggested Use:
Add 2 teaspoons tea blend to a teapot or tea flask. Pour over 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and infuse for 5-10 minutes. Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes. Strain and drink. Can also be enjoyed cold.
