Nettle is highly nutritious, high in iron and minerals and is a great tonic for the whole body. It cleanses, restores vitality and reduces anaemia. It is invaluable in chronic diseases of the colon. Nettles ability to clear uric acid wastes and clean the blood makes it a wonderful remedy for eczema, gout, arthritis and kidney stones. It can be taken regularly, even by children, the weak and the elderly.

Suzanne 2.1. I have only taken the nettle tea a few times but will be continuing with it. I put honey in it so it’s quite palatable. I will have a better idea of the effects when I have taken it longer but it gets very good reviews so I’m sure it’s going to be beneficial.

I have it on its own or mix with a few different herbs, it's a lovely addition to any blend.

Morgan I have this every morning with gotu kola and Yerba mate and the combo helps to wake me up and set me up for a focused energised day.
Can’t say it tastes great and I’ve narrowed it down that the nettle leaf makes me pee like crazy!!
