Raspberry Leaf
Highly recommended for the last trimester of pregnancy, raspberry leaf tea tones the uterus and eases discomfort associated with menstruation. It is a rich source of many trace elements, micro-nutrients and vitamins, and a lovely smooth addition to any smoking mix.
I bought this because I heard it helps with menstrual issues. I am floored. It’s amazing. Firstly it tastes really nice but also it’s helping me regulate my periods. I’ll be buying more when I run out :)

I delivered a ten pound posterior baby and the placenta in fifteen minutes of pushing. I can't recommend this enough for childbirth and menstruation. The happy herb co was kind enough to give me a free pouch of damiana when I told them what the raspberry and dandelion root was for too. So kind of them
