Moon Flow Tea Blend

This balanced herbal blend is designed to support the body through the menstrual cycle with a focus on easing cramps, calming the nervous system, and providing gentle nourishment. Combining traditional uterine tonics, antispasmodic herbs, and mineral-rich plants, it’s a simple, effective tea to have on hand in the days leading up to and during your period.

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Nettle Leaf
  • 1 part Lemon Balm
  • 1 part Cramp Bark
  • 1 part Ginger Root
  • 1 part Yarrow
  • 1 part Raspberry Leaf
  • 1 part Rose Petals

Method:

  1. Blend all herbs together & store in a clean dry glass jar.
  2. Use 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water
  3. Steep 10 minutes, covered.
  4. Drink as needed before or during menstruation.
  5. Store blend in a cool dark place.
